Welcome in the name of Jesus!  Faith Lutheran Church in East Hartford is a vibrant community of faith gathered by God and led by the Holy Spirit to proclaim Christ’s redeeming love to all.  We gather each Sunday in worship to be fed for mission and ministry opportunities throughout the week.

Worship is the central window to faith for our community and follows ancient patterns in two distinct worship experiences.  We experience windows to faith opening as…

• The Holy Spirit gathers us together as the people of God; 

• God speaks to us through the Word in scripture reading, preaching, and song;

• God feeds us with the presence of Jesus Christ in the Communion Meal; 

• And God blesses us and sends us out in mission to the world.

Our "Traditions" service follows a traditional liturgy from the Evangelical Lutheran Worship book, and includes a children’s message and preached sermon.  Our "Windows to Faith" service follows a casual worship format featuring our cross-generational praise ensemble, and includes reflections on the intersection of God’s Word and our lives.
